Lawyer and partner of the Dal Pozzo Law Firm. Specialist in procedural law by the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), she improved her knowledge by participating in the Corso Singolo de Procedura Civile and the Corso Singolo di Diritto Amministrativo at the Università degli Studi di Milano and in the post-graduation course in Infrastructure Contracts at the Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation. Born and raised in the city of São Paulo, whose dynamic step dictates transformations in both organizations and individual careers, Beatriz Dal Pozzo is the utmost translation of a Y career, so well established in companies of different economic sectors, in which management appears as a possible development of the technical career. The post-graduation course in Strategic Planning at Insper was an essential step in the consolidation of her career toward management. The Dal Pozzo Law Firm, taking a vanguard position, started a profound process of professionalization in 2016, instituting the level “C” positions in its chart. The biggest innovation came in the administrative area, in which Beatriz Dal Pozzo occupies the CEO position, being responsible for all administrative and financial activities, as well as by the human resources area. Her work as the CEO has given the office dynamism and focus and put it in a position of prominence in meeting all clients’ demands.
