Lawyer and partner of the Dal Pozzo Law Firm, one of the most renowned firm specialized in the area of Public Law. His work is concentrated in the areas of public litigation, administrative litigation, courts of audits and advisory in the areas of Public Law, especially Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, Economic Law, Financial Law, Electoral Law and Infrastructure Law. Active in the academy, he is an invited professor of the Specialization Course in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP), where he attended law school, and he is a Guest Professor of the post-graduation course in Administrative Law at the University of Belgrano, in Argentina. Master’s degree in Administrative Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), where he/she also was granted the title of specialist in the same area. Holding a post-graduate degree in Corporate Governance from the Yale School of Management and in Public Procurement Law from the University of La Coruña, Spain. A member of several entities, among which the Commission of Administrative Law of the Brazilian Bar Association Council and the Asociación Argentina de Derecho Administrative (AADA) are outstanding examples, he is currently the financial director of the Brazilian Institute of Legal Studies in Infrastructure (IBEJI).
