PERCIVAL BARIANI JÚNIOR

Lawyer and partner of the Dal Pozzo Law Firm. Chief Legal Officer (CLO), responsible for the management of all legal departments of the office. Aligned with the pillar of expertise on which the practices of Dal Pozzo are based, he has a master’s degree in Administrative Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a specialist degree in Administrative Law from the same University and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University.  Post-graduated in Public Procurement Law by the University of La Coruña in Spain, he was professor of the post-graduation course in Administrative Law. He is a member of renowned entities such as the Committee on Infrastructure, Logistics and Sustainable Development of the Brazilian Bar Association (COINFRA — OAB-SP) and the Asociación Argentina de Derecho Administrativo (AADA). He also seats at the Advisory Board of the Journal of Administrative Law and Infrastructure (RDAI), published by Thomson Reuters and at the Editorial Board of the Brazilian Journal of Infrastructure (RBINF), published by Fórum.  Currently, he is the Juridical Director of the Brazilian Institute of Legal Studies in Infrastructure (IBEJI).
